Hello dear ones,
What a peculiar ride we've been on these past few months. With so much uncertainty swirling around, I've found incredible solace in nature connection.
Despite these undeniably strange times, the world still spins, we are gifted with daily sunrises and sunsets, and the seasons are changing. Here in the northern hemisphere, the days keep growing longer, the flowers are still blooming, the plants continue to flourish, the fish are making their spring run through the rivers, and the land, air, and water is slowly warming up.
Nature connection is vital for our wellness as human beings. Having evolved with our landscapes, and being an integral part of nature for most of our species existence, it's no wonder we all feel a sense of relief from a peaceful walk through the woods or are continually awestruck by magnificent sunsets and looking up to see a sky full of stars. These natural elements orient us; they anchor us to the grander scheme of things. That we are but a mere speck of dust in this universe, and yet, that speck of dust remains interconnected to the web of life.
There's so much content out there these days, especially now with most working through a virtual platform to connect and share. So I'm going to keep this Lumen Letter bite size - sharing a list of "snack-able" resources that myself and my community have found nourishing during this pandemic.

May you find solace in the sunrises and sunsets,
wonder in the dazzling night's sky,
and a sense of collective belonging with tonight's full moon.
Luminous love,
Jessica
