Hey there!

It's been a while since I've made an appearance in your inbox, and this letter is just a simple gesture to let you know I'll be back in your inbox more regularly after the Fall Equinox. Things have been a little crazy over here, with the planning of a wedding, navigating a career transition, and training, then going out, for archery season. Needless to say, I've been busy.

And I hope your summer has felt full, too, in the best of ways.

We will explore the basic building blocks of our bodies so we can better understand root causes of pain, discover why our (insert body part) always feels stiff, and cultivate the skill set to discern when our foundation needs some tending.

This 30 minute cardio movement class combines your own dance moves with guided functional fitness body weight exercises. The playlist changes every month, complete with all the best dance jams. You'll be having so much fun you won't even realize you're working out. Turn up the volume and let’s groove, sweat, and smile together. Open to all levels, leave your inhibitions behind and bring your best dance moves!
