Hi darling,
I hope you've been finding time to get your bare feet on the earth, a little dirt underneath your fingernails, and some rays of sun kissing your skin. Experiencing all of the above myself, I've been noticing a draw towards purpose recently, as I feel more grounded from spending time connecting with the natural world around me.
Human beings need purpose - a purpose that is greater than themselves. When our purpose becomes self-absorbed, we lose sight of the bigger picture; we stray away from honoring the layers of connection we share with all life on this planet. And when we lack any purpose, mental health degrades quickly. I see far too often, people stuck, operating form fear, unhappy and unwilling to make changes. Or rather, unwilling to unearth and live from a place of deeply connected purpose.
Reflecting on the importance of purpose, both on a personal level, and a cultural one, I want to share my life's mission statement with you today. This has been an evolving tapestry of words that define my life's direction, acting as a compass of sorts to help keep me on track.
I hope that by reading my mission statement, you feel called to create your own.
It doesn't matter if it's a sentence or a paragraph, written in your journal or shared with the world. What matters is that you take the time to reflect, perhaps in the quiet solitude of tonight's dark sky, craft the spell that sets you free, and sets your life into motion, so long as you continue to live by the sentiment of your statement.

My biggest dream is to have a profound impact on the way people choose to live their lives while here on this earth.

A movement to create an accessible dance between ancient wisdoms and modern methodologies.
I have a passion for moving, creating, educating, and thriving.
My medium is movement.
I believe in the power of purpose.
Nature is my muse and my spirit feels at home in the wild.
I am here to lead by example and inspire others to do the same.

I’m throwing a monthly dance party - think high intensity jazzercise meets dancing around your bedroom. Dance has always been therapeutic for me, and I want to share this movement medicine with you.
This 30 minute cardio movement class combines your own dance moves with guided functional fitness body weight exercises. The playlist changes every month, complete with all the best dance jams. You'll be having so much fun you won't even realize you're working out. Turn up the volume and let’s groove, sweat, and smile together. Open to all levels, leave your inhibitions behind and bring your best dance moves!
